Privacy: Any personal details entered into the KennettNet website may be stored for customer support reasons. This information will not be sold on to third parties under any circumstances. However, payment details (credit/debit card numbers, etc) are only stored on our systems during the purchasing process and are removed once the payment has been accepted or declined.
Deliveries Serial Numbers Sent Electronically (E-Mail)
Payment by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal: Upon sucessful verification and processing of your payment, we will strive to send your registration code(s) and invoice to you via email within 24 hours. This is an automated process.
Other payment method (Cheque, etc): As this is not an automated process, it may take up to 5 business days to email your code(s) to you after your payment has cleared. For example, if you pay by cheque the clearing time is up to 4 business days and your code(s) will be sent within 5 business days after this.
Paper Invoices and Other Physical Post
Paper invoices will be sent within 5 business days after your payment has cleared. Invoices are posted first class, and delivery time will vary depending on your country of residence. All post is sent from the UK.
Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
As all of our products are shareware, you are able to try all of their features before you buy. As such, no refunds will be given under normal circumstances. However, if you feel you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we’ll consider each request on its own merits. Serial numbers are non-returnable.
